We collect as little as we can, use it only to host you, and never sell it.
This notice covers inkwoodreserve.com, the website for Inkwood Reserve, a private log cabin in Livingston Manor, New York, run by Penrose Collective. It explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and how to reach us about it. Questions or requests: host@inkwoodreserve.com.
What we collect
If you type your email address into a form on this site, we receive that address, the page you were on, and the time you sent it. It is delivered to our inbox by our own automation server so a host can read and answer it. If you book or send an inquiry through the booking form on the reserve page, that form is provided by OwnerRez, our booking software, which processes your name, contact details, dates and payment under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your email address to reply to you, to send the occasional field-notes email and open dates if you asked for them, and to host your stay if you book. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that make the site and bookings work.
Analytics and cookies
The site itself sets no advertising cookies. If we switch on Google Analytics to understand which pages help guests, it runs with IP anonymisation, and our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs for security. The booking form may set the cookies OwnerRez needs to take a reservation.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can simply reply and ask us to stop. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email host@inkwoodreserve.com and we will take care of it.
Changes and contact
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of the site's records. Inkwood Reserve is operated by Penrose Collective. For any privacy question or request, write to host@inkwoodreserve.com and a person will answer.
